A client bought two spacious apartments in the construction phase which we converted into a modern penthouse of 240m2. The apartment’s day zone extends between two large terraces. It is designed as an uninterrupted space that includes a kitchen, a dining room, a living room, a library, and a corridor.
Several walls in the apartment have been turned into artworks, connecting the entire space in a meaningful entity. The pillars that appear in the room are carefully packaged in the furniture and do not interfere with the entire space experience. In the living room, the wall is covered with a three-dimensional structure. It is finished with the special painted technique that is the main theme of the space.
Thanks to the carefully selected lighting, clients feel comfortable despite the large open space. Floor ceramics that imitate the natural stone in carefully chosen parts are enriched with decorative geometric patterns.
A bedroom, office, and children’s room are located on the first floor and have belonging bathrooms. All bathroom elements have unique furniture with geometric patterns. The children’s room is designed to fulfill the child’s needs for many years, in pastel blue shades. The guest room follows the colors of the rest of the apartment.
On the lower level, there is a spacious cloakroom, toilet, and laundry room.
