This villa is very isolated from the passer-bys’ view because its position is between two channels. Our client wanted an isolated object on the water, to rest and relax with friends and business associates. There is a jacuzzi with ten people on the upper deck, just like a massage table and part for sunbathing and resting. You can see the entrance in the water and a dock for a boat at the main deck. 

The boundaries between the interior and exterior are completely gone, thanks to the large glass surfaces at the main deck. The entire interior decoration is modern. It complements the surrounding nature instead of taking attention from it. The large salon with a fireplace continues on the dining space. A bar separates the central space from the kitchen equipped for a professional chef. In addition to the bathroom and dressing room for guests, there is an office, too. If necessary, a user can separate it from the rest of the space. On the upper level, there is a bedroom with a bathroom, a shower room, and auxiliary rooms.

During the summer days, guests can use the central cooling system. However, shutters can also help to keep freshness in the villa.
