Here is the picture of the floating apartments we have designed. Located on the private lake Huqve in Albania, they give a unique feeling while sailing vacation. The huge terraces give you a fantastic view of the lake and nearby greenery. The passenger can change the scene anytime – every apartment has an engine and a navigation area. What does that mean? You can order breakfast on one side of the lake and spend the evening on another one. Sailing in the apartment with glass panels this size means complete contact with Nature, in a way we have always been in love with. The colors and the materials of the vessel speak about the old relationship between Nature and humans. Floral motifs inside of apartments are the natural match to its environment.
No, we didn’t stop with the aesthetics. Floating apartments are eco-friendly and energy-efficient. The space is multifunctional as well. Although the apartment is 6.5m long and 3.5m wide it contains a sleeping area with a double bed. The vacation is spent in a space genuinely connected to water. “The blue mind” effect, the beneficial effect of water for a human mind, is not just possible but unavoidable.
