The apartment is divided into two zones by demolishing the wall between the kitchen and the dining room. The kitchen, a dining room, and a living room are connected into a day zone. The night zone has two rooms and a bathroom.

Neutral bright colors make the space larger and more pleasant. The dark parquet introduces an interesting contrast.

The project was implemented as a turnkey solution. We were in charge of everything from the conceptual design to the installation on the building site.  The apartment was poorly maintained by the previous owners. It was in very bad condition at the moment of buying. For this reason, it was necessary to change all electrical and plumbing installations and to peel the walls to the brick.
